As IFPB enters our tenth year, an individual donor has challenged us to raise $5,000 from new or increased donations or by new and unique methods. 

The news out of Israel/Palestine has been fast and furious in recent weeks.  The events of May 31st when Israeli commandos raided the Freedom Flotilla have brought pain and anger to streets, newspaper pages, and airwaves the world over.  While some eyes have opened, many have remained closed.

But for the 28 people who returned last week from Interfaith Peace-Builders’ 33rd delegation, nothing will ever be the same.  They join more than 500 others who have traveled with IFPB and been transformed by the experience.

As we grieve the loss of life in the attack and try to make sense of events, the need for continued action, education, and advocacy has never been clearer. 

An individual donor has challenged us to raise $5,000 from new or increased donations or by new and unique methods. 

You, our friend and supporter, are essential to meeting this challenge.  You have a unique opportunity to help us secure a better future by making a monthly recurring donation.

Cover airfare for one expert leader to guide delegates on
journey in Israel/Palestine:

Provide scholarship assistance for two delegates who could
not otherwise travel:

Support Israel and Palestinian organizations with honoraria
donations for our meetings:

Send 7 low-income activists to the Grassroots Advocacy
Training & Lobby Day in DC:

Print educational materials for 5 delegates to prepare them
for IFPB delegation:

Provide one night of housing for IFPB staff or board at a
national peace conference:

Any amount pledged monthly between now and October 30 counts towards our goal of raising $5,000. For an organization the size of Interfaith Peace-Builders, every donation, small or large, goes a long way.  We stretch every dollar and pinch pennies to ensure that every cent is spent where it is most needed.  In this context, $5,000 is a significant amount.
