US Campaign Releases Congressional Report Card

Meet with Congress in August!

SAVE THE DATE: MARCH 7-8, 2010
Grassroots Advocacy Training in DC

Did your congressional representatives urge Israel to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza?  Did they re-affirm Israel’s right to defend itself?  How did they vote on the important resolutions and which letters did they sign?  Did they make the Hall of Fame?  Or do they appear in the Hall of Shame?

All of that information and much more is now available thanks to the release of the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation’s Congressional Report Card for the 111th Congress.  The Report Card scores Members of Congress on major pieces of legislation and Congressional "Dear Colleague" letters on Palestine/Israel. How does your Member of Congress stack up? Click here to find out.

As an active member and partner of the US Campaign, Interfaith Peace-Builders is proud to share the release of this important resource:

Meet with Your Member of Congress in August

Now that you have this crucial resource, why not use it?  It is time to start thinking about putting together a delegation to meet with your Members of Congress during the August Congressional recess.

Many people have already started to discuss their representatives' voting records on Israel/Palestine and begun to urge them to have a serious debate on the merits of increased military aid to Israel during the rest of this year's budget process.
